Must have a building degree or diploma About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Contracts Manager to oversee construction activities and ensure project milestones are achieved safely, efficiently, and on schedule. The successful candidate will manage day-to-day site operations, coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, and ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations.
This position reports to the Director
Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and lead on-site construction activities
- Coordinate with project teams, engineers, and subcontractors
- Monitor project progress and maintain strict quality standards
- Enforce safety protocols and manage risk on-site
- Ensure project milestones and deadlines are met
- Resolve any issues or delays that arise on-site
- Maintain accurate documentation and site records
Requirements: - Building degree or diploma
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and regulations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems effectively
- Relevant qualifications in construction management or engineering (preferred)
