About the Role
As a Digital Advertising Specialist , you’ll play a key role in managing and optimizing digital ad campaigns for our clients. Starting as a part-time role (20 hours per week), this position offers room for growth into a full-time opportunity based on performance and business needs. You’ll work with a collaborative team, bringing your expertise to develop effective ad solutions and drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Strategize, set up, manage, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads to achieve clients' marketing objectives.
- Performance Tracking: Implement advanced conversion tracking, event tracking, and reporting for campaign performance using tools like Google Tag Manager.
- Analytics Integration: Configure and maintain Google Analytics and Google Search Console to measure, analyze, and optimize traffic and engagement.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Generate, analyze, and present detailed reports on campaign performance and KPIs to clients and stakeholders.
- Continuous Optimization: Regularly conduct A/B testing on ad copies, landing pages, and targeting parameters to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Client Collaboration: Communicate regularly with clients to discuss performance, upcoming campaigns, and new opportunities.
- Tool Integration: Stay up-to-date with new advertising tools and features, ensuring their strategic integration to enhance overall performance.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience managing ad accounts with a proven track record of success.
- Expertise in Google Ads , Facebook Ads , Google Tag Manager , Google Analytics , and Google Search Console .
- Strong technical skills in configuring conversion tracking, goal setting, and reporting mechanisms.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving skills.
Bonus/Preferred Skills:
- Certifications : Google Ads and/or Facebook Blueprint certifications.
- Experience with additional ad platforms such as Bing Ads or LinkedIn Ads .
- Familiarity with SEO and SEM best practices to enhance cross-channel strategy.
