We are looking for a motivated and experienced *Locum Veterinary Surgeon* to join our team in *Northampton, Northamptonshire* on a temporary basis. This position is available from *14th October 2024 to 31st December 2024*, with a five-day-per-week commitment. You will be responsible for providing consultations, performing surgeries, and delivering excellent patient care.
*Location*: Northampton, Northamptonshire
*Contract*: Temporary (14/10/2024 to 31/12/2024)
*Working Hours*: 5 days per week
*Shift Times*: 08:00 - 19:00
*Key Responsibilities*
* Conduct general consultations and routine surgeries for small animals.
* Diagnose and treat a wide range of conditions.
* Effectively communicate with clients regarding treatment plans and aftercare.
* Collaborate with the veterinary team to ensure the highest standard of care.
* Maintain thorough and accurate medical records.
*Requirements*
* MRCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon.
* Previous experience in small animal practice preferred.
* Strong clinical and surgical skills.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
