What the Accounts Assistant job involves
- Sending out sales invoices and reconciling the sales ledger monthly using Sage 50.
- Processing and credits where necessary.
- Supporting with the month end process, allocating payments and making sure accruals are in place.
- Creating monthly reports on excel for the heads of department and senior leadership team.
- Completing all compliance documents for each customer.
Skills required
- Previous experience from a Sales Ledger / Accounts Assistant role
- Experience of using Sage 50 and Excel
- Self managed with a good attention to detail
Other information
- Full time working Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
- Car parking is available and easily accessible on public transport
- Temporary up to 12 weeks approximately.
