We are currently working with multiple companies that operative within the engineering sector that are looking to fill various CNC candidates to fill Miller and Turner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC milling/turning machines and loading materials.
- Continuously monitor operations for precision and quality, making adjustments as needed.
- Quality inspection of finished parts using to ensure they meet specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure they operate efficiently and safely as well as cleaning.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and SOPs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a CNC role.
- Experience programming machines using various programs.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Strong understanding of machining processes and materials.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Additional information:
- Day shift only - 8am - 4pm
- Pay rate varies depending on experience but ranged from 16 per hour to 19.50 per hour
- Permanent position

- CNC programming: 3 years (preferred)
- CNC: 5 years (preferred)
