We currently looking for a talented In-House Photographer to join this growing creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing engaging and high-quality visual content that reflects the unique brand identity. From planning and executing photoshoots to capturing lifestyle images for seasonal campaigns, you will have the opportunity to contribute to all visual aspects of our brand.
The Role
As the In-House Photographer, you will be the driving force behind our visual storytelling. Your day-to-day will involve coordinating and executing photoshoots, ensuring all product shots are on-brand, and capturing captivating lifestyle imagery. You will collaborate closely with our creative, marketing, and e-commerce teams to deliver visually appealing assets for a variety of platforms, including print, digital, social media, and our e-commerce site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Photography: Plan and execute a wide range of photoshoots, including product, on-model, flat lays, ghost mannequins, and lifestyle shoots. Capture behind-the-scenes content for social media and promotional purposes.
- Editing & Post-Production: Retouch, edit, and optimise images to align with the brand's distinctive style and quality standards. Organise and manage a comprehensive digital image library.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to deliver assets that meet campaign goals. Attend creative sessions and contribute visual ideas to upcoming projects.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all imagery aligns with the brand's tone and visual language. Stay up-to-date on fashion and photography trends, bringing fresh ideas to the table.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience as a photographer, ideally within the fashion or lifestyle industry.
- Technical proficiency with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting setups, and photo-editing software (Adobe Creative Suite).
- A sharp eye for detail, composition, and colour.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask across projects.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
- Experience with video production and editing would be a bonus, but is not essential.
- A genuine passion for fashion and lifestyle brands.
