Wet Trade Supervisor Location: Hackney/Waltham Forest Area
Salary: £42,000 per year
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (42.5 hours per week)
Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent (Initial Start Date: 14/10/2024 - End Date: 21/04/2025)
About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Wet Trade Supervisor to lead our team in the Hackney/Waltham Forest area. This role is perfect for someone with a solid background in wet trades, particularly with damp and mould remediation experience.
Key Responsibilities: - Supervise daily operations and ensure project timelines are met.
- Manage and coordinate team activities in damp and mould remediation projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality assurance.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting using computer software.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years experience in supervising wet trade projects.
- Experience with damp and mould treatment preferred.
- Strong computer skills for managing records and reports.
- Valid driving license (van and fuel card provided).
