SEND Caseworker - Yorkshire LA
3 months initially - likely to be extended
Salary: 280 per day
Hybrid working - 2 days a week in the office
What we need from you:
- You will manage a caseload of children with Education Health and Care plans to ensure that all appropriate actions relating to statutory requirements are met.
- Undertake casework relating to new requests for statutory assessment to ensure that the case is prepared for a decision by SEN panel.
- Write Education Health and Care Plans and make any amendments as required.
Must Have:
- Local Authority experience is essential for this role.
- Previous experience within a similar SEND role is essential.
