WAREHOUSE ADMINISTRATOR PERMANENT 31,100
As the Warehouse Administrator, you will oversee the Receipt Handling and Dispatch operations of the Warehouse Management System at The Park during shift hours, ensuring compliance with agreed service, performance standards, and cost objectives. You will also manage and control the Red Prairie DLx/JDE systems, along with the allocation of tasks within the Work Bank in the warehouse.

The Key Requirements
- Maintain strong awareness of HMRC and SOX compliance requirements.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of warehouse and transport operations
- Possess proficiency in relevant IT systems.
- Provide administrative support for warehouse operations, including handling and resolving client queries.
- Manage transport administration tasks and coordinate delivery bookings.
- Generate and allocate warehouse tasks.
- Accurately enter and update data within the company's systems.
The Park is a multi-award-winning bottling facility, employing over four hundred people and producing twenty-five million 9L case equivalents of wine each year. Our state of the art and highly mechanised manufacturing and blending plant has six packaging lines and the capacity to produce 1,200 bottles of wine every minute. The Park is also home to the largest wine warehouse and distribution centre in Europe (80,000m ) with the largest fleet of reach truck Automated Guided Vehicles in the World!
