Working hours: Monday to Friday 8.00 am -5.00 pm
£36,870 (FTE). £32,332 pro rata, term time only (40 weeks)

Are you an experienced pre-school or Nursery manager looking for a place to help you grow? Or are you a Deputy Manager or Room Leader looking for your first Manager position?
Our thriving, busy pre-school is at the heart of our community. We have THE BEST children: happy, smiley and curious- not to mention enthusiastic! With a dedicated team of practitioners, a bright and open learning environment and lots of outdoors space, our provision is the starting point for many adventures.
As a charitable organisation run by a dedicated group of trustees we put children's development and success first. We are looking for someone who shares this value and is open to new ideas as we enter a new phase of development for our pre-school.
The ideal candidate will:
- Love working with young children Have an enthusiastic and infectious approach to Early Years Education and management Have extensive experience of working in pre-school or nursery settings Be able to lead a large and diverse team Have effective communication skills Have a working knowledge of either Microsoft Office or Google Suite Be hardworking, calm and patient Have a caring and respectful attitude Have the ability to be flexible and can work as part of a wider team and with trustees
