Job Title: Reward Advisor
Location: England, North West England, Cheshire
Job Type: Permanent, full-time hours
Salary: £40,000.00 - £50,000.00 per annum
Job Description: Job Duties:
- Develop and implement reward strategies to attract and retain top talent
- Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages
- Manage employee reward programmes, including bonus schemes and recognition initiatives
- Provide advice and guidance on salary benchmarking and job evaluation processes
- Collaborate with HR team to ensure reward practises align with business objectives
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Professional certification in compensation and benefits (e.g., CIPD) preferred
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a HR Advisor/Reward Advisor role
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and managing reward programmes
- Proven track record of analysing market trends and making data-driven recommendations
Knowledge and Skills:
- Comprehensive understanding of UK employment laws and regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Working Conditions:
- Hybrid working - 2 days per week in the office, 3 at home
- Standard working hours with flexibility as needed
