Mechanical Team Leader
Location: Ealing, London
Salary: £53,607 - £63,157 per annum (inclusive) Grade 13-15
The Role
The Councils Property Services delivers comprehensive building maintenance and facilities services to around 130 buildings across the borough. This is an opportunity to work as a key member of the mechanical team providing planned and preventative maintenance across the corporate property portfolio.
Skills and Qualifications
- Extensive working knowledge and experience of mechanical maintenance activities including repair of water and heating systems and mechanical assets in commercial buildings
- Understanding and working awareness of Health and Safety regulations and systems including statutory compliance, asbestos awareness and PPE sufficient to safely access environments
- Organised and able to demonstrate ownership of issues through to completion, and an ability to work on own initiative and prioritise work schedules
- Experience of staff management and an ability to organise and motivate a team
- Computer Literacy including use of handheld PDAs and Microsoft Office packages
- UK Driving Licence
