Catering Manager
Independent School - West London
Salary: 46,232 - 60,359 FTE ( 36,000 - 47,000 pro-rated)
Commitment: 34 weeks per year + 6.6 weeks holiday (35 days plus bank holidays)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week with 10 evening or Saturday hospitality functions per year
Team Size: Up to 25 staff members
Opportunity for an experienced Catering Manager to lead the catering services at a prestigious independent school in West London. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact by providing high-quality, nutritious meals to students and staff, while managing a dedicated team of catering professionals.
The successful Catering Manager will oversee a main dining hall, sixth form cafe, retail outlets and event spaces that provide 1000 breakfast and lunch covers per day. As the school's catering function is in-house, it is essential that applicants have financial management experience i.e. negotiating with suppliers, setting, hitting and reviewing GP targets, managing ordering, and maximising income.
