Summary of the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Service Administrator to join a dynamic team in Milton Keynes. In this role, you will be essential in managing administrative tasks and coordinating activities within the service department to ensure efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming service requests, providing timely updates and communication to customers regarding scheduling.
- Maintain comprehensive records of service-related activities, ensuring accurate documentation for invoicing and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with technicians to optimize resource allocation and service delivery.
- Generating service reports and analysing data to enhance operational efficiency.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with various teams to support departmental goals and initiatives.
- General administrative tasks (data entry, filing, and managing correspondence)
Key Requirements:
- Experience with SAP is essential
- Experience in a service administration or customer-facing role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems, and other office standard software
- High attention to detail and a dedication to accuracy.
- Capability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
