Our client is a leading food business who supply to a variety of the major retailers. As they continue to expand and grow their presence in the marketplace they are now seeking a driven and ambitious Junior Technical Account Executive to join their business.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Work closely with the Technical Manager to manage customer relationships, ensuring their needs and quality expectations are met.
Assist in monitoring and maintaining high quality standards across the business, ensuring each product meets customer and industry standards.
Gather and analyse data on product quality, production, and customer feedback, delivering reports that drive continuous improvement.
Quickly identify and address quality or technical issues, coordinating with internal teams to resolve and improve processes.
Support the preparation for customer and third-party audits, assisting in compliance and quality assurance processes.
Act as a liaison between customers and our production teams, providing updates and technical support when needed.
Maintain accurate records of product specifications, compliance documents, and audit results.
Proactively contribute ideas for improving quality, sustainability, and customer satisfaction within the supply chain.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment on customer projects.
Build expertise in the industry with on-the-job training and opportunities for growth within our technical and quality teams.
