We are currently looking to recruit a Scheduler for our well established client, who strive to deliver a customer focused service whilst maintaining and refurbishing property in the public sector.As a Scheduler, your duties will include:- Maintaining communication and updating customers from works beginning to end
- Dealing with a high number of inbound calls from tenants and clients
- Management of operatives diaries, making sure works are delegated and completed to SLA's
- General administrative tasks, such as: data entry, updating systems and booking works

To be successful in the application of a Scheduler, you should:- Be used to fast paced environments
- Able to adapt to new environments and systems, willing to learn
- Have experience within an administrative, customer service role
- Have a customer first attitude
