My client based on the outskirts of Lincoln City Centre is looking for an enthusiastic and driven telemarketer to join their growing team on a temporary - to - permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of being able to generate new business and build relationships through strong use of B2B skills. Opportunites for progression and development are available with a generous bonus scheme in place from day 1! Experience with CRM systems and MS Office is essential. Own transport is desirable.
Hourly rate will be based on experience.
Hours are flexible to individual and company requirements.
Main Duties:
- Generating leads through new and existing clients.
- Effectively conveying the company's values and services to clients.
- Make outbound calls
- Receive inbound calls and directing them appropriately.
- Meeting KPI's and targets set out by the Sales & Marketing Manager.
- Work with the Sales & Marketing Manager to find new and creative ways to generate new business.
- Analyse and act upon current peaks within the industry.
- Use CRM system to actively manage client records.
Requirements:
- Previous experience within sales/telesales/telemarketing.
- Strong B2B sales skills.
- Excellent time-management and organisational skills.
- Previous experience with CRM systems and MS office.
- Fluent in English both verbally and written.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong communication skills both in -person and over the telephone.
