Description
- Develop, implement and maintain health, safety and environmental policies.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
- Provide HSE advice and support to the team and management.
- Deliver HSE training to employees.
- Investigate and report on accidents and incidents.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant HSE regulations.
- Monitor and review HSE performance.
- Drive a positive HSE culture within the organisation.
Profile
A successful HSE Advisor should have:
- A degree in Health and Safety or a related field.
- Relevant industry certifications such as NEBOSH.
- Experience in a similar role within the industrial or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive approach to health and safety.
