Key Responsibilities: - Business Growth: Support the expansion of the company in line with strategic plans and targets
- Market Research: Identify and explore new market opportunities
- Client Relations: Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring ongoing support and communication
- Account Management: Manage key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
- Technical Liaison: Collaborate with engineering teams to formulate and amend proposals based on customer specifications
- Customer Visits: Conduct UK-wide customer visits, including site inspections and measurements of heat exchange and related process equipment
- Product Knowledge: Advise customers on the features, functions, and benefits of the company's process equipment
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships
- Networking: Attend industrial events, conferences, and exhibitions to expand professional networks
Essential Requirements: - Strong commitment to service excellence and customer relationships
- Broad knowledge of industrial process equipment
- Understanding of different industrial sectors and key machinery providers
- Basic understanding of heat transfer equipment
- Proven sales experience
