Essential Qualifications & Experience:
8-10 years CSS experience in the FMCG industry. Proven track record leading Product Research/Consumer Science and Sensory Programs that result in impactful innovation and compelling product claims.
Ability to link consumer insights, sensory product understanding, and technical knowledge to drive consumer-led innovation.
Motivational leadership, adept at steering and challenging R&D and commercial teams to achieve consumer-product design excellence.
Expertise in sensory research methods, data analysis, and interpretation to deliver actionable insights.
Skilled in quantitative product testing (qualitative research skills are a plus).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to inspire and align teams with a shared vision.
Experience in digital approaches for speed and efficiency in learning and research.
