Managing the maintenance team and coordinating their daily tasks.
Developing and implementing maintenance procedures and ensuring they are adhered to.
Ensuring all machinery and equipment are in top working condition.
Conducting regular site inspections to identify any potential issues.
Planning and overseeing major repair and renovation projects.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Collaborating with the engineering and manufacturing department to optimize operations.
Preparing reports on maintenance activities and efficiency.

Profile

A successful Site Maintenance Manager should have:

A degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in managing maintenance tasks within an industrial or heavy engineering setting.
Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
