Graduate Opportunity - New Business Account Executive
26,000 + uncapped commission
Hybrid (2 days per week in office)
Newly refurbished office based in Tunbridge Wells town centre, with excellent amenities and on-site parking

The company
This well established business has been operating for over 20 years and not only do they sell a fantastic and much needed product, they also support charities and schools throughout the UK. They work with hundreds of thousands of businesses and have been growing year on year!
The role
They are currently going through an exciting period of growth and are looking to expand their existing New Business team with 3 additional members.
In this role you will be responsible for contacting and understanding the needs of new clients, discussing the product they need which is essential to their business and the industry they are in. This is NOT a telesales role and every call will be different.
Taking time to ask the right information and take relevant details is essential. Following calls you will then put together a detailed quote accessing tools and resources in order for you to cost the product accordingly.

Full training is given in this role along with regular coaching and support from a highly experienced team.
You
A natural communicator, you will be confident in engaging with people, fact finding and offering the right level of service to clients. Graduates have been successful in this role and are enjoying regular commission and recognition for their achievements.
