Job role: Tenant Liaison Officer
Hours: Monday to Friday
Salary: 17-19hr via umbrella
Contract: Temporary
As a Tenant Liaison Officer, you will need to be:- Keeping Tenants up to date with work processes
- Communication with the contractors
- Access requests
- Updating tenants on the work orders status, progress, and issues.

To be successful as a Tenant Liaison Officer, you will be:- Experienced in TLO/ CLO/ RLO roles
- Experience within social housing.
