Job Title: Packaging Operative
Location: Inverness Area
Pay Rate: £12.96 per hour (increasing to £13.49 after 12 weeks)
Contract: 3-week assignment with potential for extension or long-term opportunities
Global Highland is currently recruiting for a Packaging Operative to join a reputable timber manufacturing company in the Inverness area. This is a fantastic chance to work with a leading company, offering both short-term and potential long-term opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating packaging machinery to prepare timber products for distribution
- Ensuring the quality and accuracy of packaged goods
- Following health and safety guidelines in a fast-paced environment
- Supporting the production team as required
Shift Pattern:
- Continental Shifts: Alternating between days and night shifts (7am - 7pm and 7pm - 7am)
- Regular breaks included
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an advantage
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Reliable and able to commit to a rotating shift pattern
