Pin Point Recruitment are looking for a Night Senior Machine Operative to join a manufacturing company based in Wymondham, Norfolk.

Night Senior Machine Operative Job Role:
- Demonstrate ability to effectively coach the team
- Monitor team throughput and organise staff as necessary to achieve team SLAs
- Monitor Operators quality and throughput targets are achieved
- Demonstrate drive and support for continuous improvement activity
- Provide support in identifying process weakness through continuous improvement methodologies
- Support in timely and consistent delivery of MI reporting as requested
- Take responsibility for own learning and development whilst providing support for Operators
- Provide support to Operators training requirements
- Ensure workloads are balanced within the team and work with other teams to ensure a balanced workload exists throughout the area
- Maximise efficiencies in all jobs by recognising and highlighting opportunities
Night Senior Machine Operative Skills Required:
- Previous experience within a lead focused role in a fast moving production environment
- Previous experience within print is a distinct advantage
- Experience within being in a SLA Focused role
- Planning & organising - Managing and measuring work
- Demonstrate support and drive for continuous improvement activity
- Experience of working to tight deadlines
Night Senior Machine Operative Working Hours:
- 12 hour days 7pm 7am
- Week 1 Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday
- Week 2 Monday and Tuesday
