Description
- Supporting the HR Manager in implementing HR policies and procedures
- Managing recruitment, onboarding, and employee exit processes
- Employee Relations including sickness, performance management, D&G.
- Coach guide and upskill Line Managers on ER matters
- Assisting in the development and implementation of HR initiatives
- Maintaining up-to-date employee records and HR documents
- Coordinating training and development programs
- Supporting the performance review process
- Responsible for organising and updating training matrix
- Ensuring compliance with employment law and industry regulations
Profile
A successful HR Advisor should have:
- Is currently in a HR Assistant/HR Advisor role looking for wither the next step or to add to HR development
- Knowledge of HR policies, practices and employment law
- Have worked in a generalist role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
- Have CIPD qualification or the desire to study and develop
- Is ambitious and keen to further HR career in the longer term future
Job Offer
