Location: Split across two locations Duke St and Williamson Sq
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Breakfast Chef to join our team and help deliver a high-quality breakfast menu throughout the day. This position is ideal for chefs with some kitchen experience who are looking to grow their skills in a busy, yet supportive environment. The role will involve working across two locations with smaller, focused menus, ensuring consistency and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast dishes to a high standard.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to all food safety regulations.
- Ensure consistency in the quality of dishes served at both locations (Duke St and Williamson Sq).
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to manage inventory, ingredients, and supplies.
- Participate in training and trials at the Botanico location before starting at Gran Caffe.
Requirements:
- Some previous kitchen experience is preferred, but extensive experience is not required.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work across two locations and adapt to different kitchen setups.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- A passion for food and a willingness to learn.
Additional Information:
- All trials for this position will be conducted at our Woolton location.
- The menu will remain focused on breakfast items throughout the day, allowing for a more streamlined cooking process.
