Company within the gaming industry Ltd would like to recruit a Cape Town based HR Officer in their
Human Resources Department with at least 4 years’ relevant experience. This position reports to the
Human Resources Manager.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
• Conduct employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Drafting of letters of appointment, promotions and other administrative processes, etc.
• Champion employee wellness and wellness initiatives
• Conduct induction and policy workshops
• Administer and educate employees on benefits and benefit structures
• Administer the performance management processes, education and training
• Provide input with policy development and documentation
• Consultation, compilation and submission of Employment Equity Plans and reports
• Maintenance and administration of the leave module and updating of information on the
People ESS system
• General HR reporting, including collation and reporting of statistics – monthly and
quarterly
• Assisting and consultation with employees on employment matters including IR and HR
related queries
• Accountability for HR projects / research as required
• Ensure compliance to regulatory, policy and audit requirements
• Develop and conduct policy and procedure training on a regular basis
• Co-ordinate CSI for Shared Services based on BEE & GM requirements
