Minimum requirements:
- Matric (N3)
- Electrician Olifantsfontein Trade Test or equivalent
- Wiremans licensed would be highly advantage
- Understanding of electrical drawings (charts. diagrams)
- 5+ years post trade test experience in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of Induction Melting Furnaces and related equipment will be an advantage
Duties are, but not limited to:
- Conduct preventative maintenance and fault-finding to ensure optimal plant and machinery operation.
- Factory and machinery maintenance
- Installation and testing of machines, ensuring timely project delivery.
- Conducted fault-finding on various equipment, improving maintenance turnaround times.
- Continuous improvement initiatives and managed energy efficiency projects
