As the Sales Manager, you will lead the team toward achieving key revenue and market share goals. You will be responsible for building client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and collaborating with various departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with the companys business objectives.
- Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to achieve performance targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Identify growth opportunities through market research and prospecting.
- Monitor sales performance and report insights to senior management.
- Negotiate and secure favorable contracts with clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to enhance customer service.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Manage the sales budget efficiently, maximizing ROI.
Requirements
- Drivers License and own vehicle
- Fluent in Afrikaans highly advantageous
- Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is advantageous).
- 5-10 years of experience in sales management
- FMCG experience highly advantageous especially within the pet industry
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce); experience with Skynamo is a plus.

Remuneration
- R50,000 and R70,000 Cost to Company
