Customer Experience Manger
• Work closely with executives and stakeholders to develop and implement effective customer management strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
• Develop the customer experience blueprint for the business and per brand aligned to CI
• Develop and implement budgets, systems and process to drive service
• Develop and implement controls, monitoring and support mechanisms in the business
• Monthly reporting to the executive team
• Effective Supplier Management with proper SLAs in place
• Succession planning and Management
Minimum Qualification
• Tertiary Qualification would be beneficial
• Relevant certifications as needed in a dealership environment
• Previous experience in the automotive industry
• Good knowledge of cars
• Ability to effectively manage 6 car deliveries per day
Experience Must have at least 3 years of senior management experience operating service at a business level
