Minimum Requirements: - Grade 12
- Relevant Accounting Degree and Honors Degree
- Completed Articles
- Previous costing experience
- Management/senior experience of around 5 years
- Experience with tax law
- Strong reporting experience
Duties and Responsibilities:
Financial: - Manage all inputs for Cash flow, Debtors, Creditors, Treasury
- Authorise transactions and payments
- Comply with SARS
- Ensure payroll data is accurate
- Prepare budgets annually / quarterly
- Conduct variance analysis and report against actuals
- Report on all entities in the organisation
- Compile and sign off Annual Financial Statements
- Ensure reports are in relevant format
- Prepare audit packs
- In charge of inventory management
- Formulate price points
- Oversee procurement of stock
Staff and Office Management: - Provide guidance to staff regarding policies, operational procedures, and client servicing.
- Monitor the quality of staff work and decisions against operational standards.
- Manage staff training, development, and career development.
- Handle disciplinary and grievance processes.
- Control staff attendance and overtime.
- Manage SLAs with service providers.
- Manage 4 staff members in team
