As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative sales strategies to boost revenue. Your key duties will include overseeing sales performance, analysing trends, and adjusting tactics to maintain consistent growth. You will forecast demand to ensure stock availability, manage stock levels and logistics, and negotiate orders with stores to optimize shelf space and product positioning.
Your ability to build and nurture relationships with key account buyers, alongside your experience in sales and key account management, will be vital in driving our success. Leading both internal teams and outsourced partners, you will motivate and support them in achieving ambitious sales targets and enhancing product awareness. Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing initiatives that improve profitability and streamline processes for maximum efficiency and growth.
We are looking for a candidate with a solid background in FMCG. The ideal candidate should be proficient in stock management systems and demand forecasting tools, and possess strong computer literacy with a firm grasp of Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills are essential, along with 2 to 5 years of experience in sales and key account management.
