Our client in the beverage manufacturing/FMCG industry is looking for a highly experienced General Manager to lead their operations, drive strategic growth, and oversee day-to-day functions. Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership:
- Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including production, quality control, and supply chain management to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
- Implement operational strategies to optimize production processes and enhance product quality.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to maximize productivity, reduce costs, and increase efficiency across departments.
- Strategic Development:
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to support company growth and long-term objectives.
- Identify and explore new market opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels to expand the brand’s footprint.
- Work closely with the executive team to set performance goals and drive the company’s vision forward.
- Financial Management:
- Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control measures to maintain profitability.
