You can expect to become involved in: A mix of both professional and project services. Projects within the commercial, education, and defence sectors amongst others. Your core duties will include: Supporting the preparation of surveys, designs, reports and contract documents, including drawings General administration of team projects Supporting senior leads with the delivery of major complex projects Manageing small / medium sized projects as appropriate Attending meetings/ presentations where appropriate Supporting / undertaking on-site or other survey work Developing client relationships Checking documents, reports etc Find out what it is like to start your career with us: Early careers - Pick EverardAbout YouYou will be committed to enhancing our positive working culture, by having a compassionate attitude and always treating others with respect. In order to be considered for this role, you must have: A RICS accredited degree of 2:1 or above in Building Surveying (Expected/Achieved) Good written and verbal communication skills The ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team.
