You can expect to become involved in: Building Regulations in all parts of the discipline. Projects within the commercial, education, and defence sectors amongst others. Your core duties will include: Providing accurate professional advice on scheme compliance with Building regulations, accurate professional advice on building control requirements and project approval requirements/processes. Defining a business plan for this role, engaging with the wider business as well as externally. Responding to bids and tenders, Providing collateral and engaging with clients. Working effectively to attribute time to projects and maintain time sheets and agreed performance levels. In order to be considered for this role, you must be: Able to travel and attend our core offices on a regular basis. Experienced in managing Building Regulations Knowledgeable about a wide range of construction techniques, sectors and building types Able to work at Senior level Able to interpret designs, design challenges and offer design solutions Up to date with current BSA 2023 requirements. Chartered with relevant association such as CABE or RICS.and Level 6 or above qualification in design, construction or Building Control. In order to stand out from the crowd, it is desirable for you to have: Good business acumen, knowledge of managing budgets, and business development.
