We are seeking a dynamic Team Leader Accounting to spearhead and optimize our accounting operations. This pivotal role encompasses oversight of several critical areas, ensuring the financial compliance of our organization.
The ideal candidate will take charge of the following key responsibilities:
- Compile monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing packages, consolidating financial statements (FS).
- Prepare and handle audits in accordance with IFRS and HGB standards.
- Report financial data to HQ as per various requirements.
- Generate monthly closing result reports for the CFO and HQ.
- Announce monthly closing plans and ensure schedule adherence.
- Prepare detailed closing adjustment reports.
- Conduct quarterly analyses of result increases and decreases.
- Oversee risk management across accounting, tax, and finance functions.
- Manage sales, cost, and general cost management for each branch and office.
- Handle monthly closing management for branches and offices.
- Check internal invoices between Eschborn and branches/offices.
- Verify all processes and interface programs (e.g., Genisys) related to sales and cost accruals.
- Manage internal contracts.
- Completed degree in business administration with a focus on finance or a comparable qualification.
- Minimum of 10 years of work experience in accounting.
- Strong legal knowledge.
- Excellent analytical thinking and market understanding.
- Strict adherence to principle compliance.
- Professional knowledge related to accounting and tax.
- Strong ability to provide accurate and prompt business management information.
- Ability to cooperate and enhance work processes with branches and offices.
- Fluent in English, Korean and German.
