Responsibilities include but not limited to: Answering the phone and directing calls accordingly Managing boardroom bookings Meeting and receiving guests Ordering office supplies and stationary Supervising cleaning staff Updating the delivery tracking sheet Keeping the reception area clean Updating and tracking Foreign Shipping Managing staff inquiries Filing sales orders and scanning delivery notes Updating maintenance records Receiving courier deliveries Safe keeping of keys Requirements: Matric Strong communication skills Strong computer skills (Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel) Fully bilingual: Afrikaans and English Friendly and Positive Attitude Customer focused Good organisational Skills Punctual Own Transport (beneficial) Working Hours: Monday - Friday (08:00 - 17:00)
