Key Responsibilities: Manage accounts, including creditors, debtors, reconciliations, and cash management. Prepare financial reports for the CEO and Board on a monthly and annual basis. Develop and enforce financial policies and internal controls. Conduct cash flow forecasting and ensure financial stability. Oversee payroll for all staff when necessary. Ensure timely statutory submissions and compliance with regulations. Facilitate year-end audits and prepare annual budgets. Collaborate with management to enhance financial performance. Requirements: Relevant Finance Qualification 5 to 8 years of experience as a Financial Accountant or Bookkeeper. Essential: Payroll experience. Essential: Proficiency in Sage Evolution. Valid drivers license; own transport is advised. Willingness to travel as required. Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
