Key Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of Food & Beverage operations, ensuring quality, presentation, and service standards are maintained at all times. Manage the Front of House operations, including guest services, reception, and concierge, ensuring a warm and professional guest experience. Lead and mentor a dedicated team, ensuring staff are motivated, well-trained, and delivering excellent service. Maintain high operational standards in line with 5-star luxury service expectations. Work closely with the Executive Chef and kitchen team to ensure a refined dining experience for guests. Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner. Monitor financial performance, control budgets, and ensure cost-effectiveness while maintaining luxury standards. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and uphold the lodges reputation for high-quality service. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the luxury hospitality industry. Strong background in Food & Beverage management and Front of House operations . Exceptional leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage high-end guest expectations with grace and professionalism. Proven ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
