Role Overview:
As a Full-Cycle Account Executive (FCAE) , you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle for our AWS cloud services and custom software development offerings. You will qualify leads, conduct product demos, and close high-value deals that align with our company’s growth goals. Your success in this role will drive the company’s revenue growth, and you will be rewarded with a competitive salary and commission structure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads
- Conduct product demos and consultative sales meetings focused on AWS cloud solutions and custom software development projects.
- Manage a pipeline of qualified leads and close deals.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and achieve commission-based goals.
- Collaborate with the SDRs and marketing teams to optimize sales processes for AWS and our software development offering.
- Provide customer feedback to the product and engineering teams.
Requirements
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in a sales role within a software development or cloud services company .
- AWS cloud experience is a must or any other cloud provider .
- Proven track record of closing high-value deals in the tech space.
- Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills.
- Experience using CRM systems to manage the sales pipeline.
- Results-oriented and self-motivated with a focus on exceeding sales targets.
Minimum Education Requirements:
- A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales or any other related field is preferred.
Required Software Tools Experience
- Microsoft Office Suite power user (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc)
- CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Sales engagement software (e.g. Outreach, SalesLoft, etc.)
- Prospecting and lead generation tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, DiscoverOrg, etc.)
- Communication tools power user (e.g., Zoom, MS Teams, Slack, etc)

- You have excellent communication skills and are comfortable making cold calls and conducting sales presentations.

- Compensation : Base salary + Commission.
