Job Summary:
Are you a proactive, results-driven Marketing Manager with a passion for digital innovation? We’re looking for someone with a strong foundation in brand and product development to lead our marketing strategy and drive growth across multiple channels.
As our Marketing Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our brand's expansion, working closely with the Director of Brand Growth and Marketing to design and implement systems supporting our marketing and private label operations. Operating within the Central time zone, this role may involve occasional travel to meet with partners, attend industry events, or visit our corporate headquarters in Minneapolis.

Shape and Scale Our Brand: Elevate our presence across key platforms, from Amazon and Google Marketing Services to social media, ensuring our brands stand out and succeed.
Build a Talented Team: Begin hands-on with a strategic vision to develop a team of digital marketing analysts, copywriters, creative minds, and category managers.
Drive Results for Our Brands and Partners: Manage a diverse project queue of marketing services that amplifies the strategies of our own brands and those of our valued partners.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Director of Brand Growth and Marketing to design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that increase our brand's presence and market share, including the creation of a new brand identity.
Lead the end-to-end process of creating, testing, and launching new products on Amazon. This includes competitor/market analysis, sourcing, logistics management, and product lifecycle management.
Establish a robust product development process that can be scaled and delegated as the division grows.
Develop and manage the creation of a new company website, ensuring it aligns with our new brand identity and serves as an effective marketing and communication tool.
Lay the groundwork for future team expansion, establishing systems and processes to support the marketing and private label departments.
Manage the day-to-day operations of various marketing initiatives, including content development, SEO strategy, digital advertising, and promotional activities across internal and external marketing channels.
Oversee a project queue of marketing services on behalf of our partner brands, coordinating timelines, resources, and expectations to ensure successful execution and optimization.
Continually evaluate the performance of all marketing campaigns and product launches, making data-driven decisions to optimize results and adjust strategy as needed.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities, leveraging insights to inform our strategic planning and execution.
Develop and manage a budget that aligns with the company's marketing, sales, and product development goals, and ensures resources are allocated effectively.
Set performance objectives for the team and monitor progress, providing guidance and feedback to foster professional development and high performance.
Engage in regular communication and collaboration with internal departments and external partners to ensure brand consistency and alignment of strategies.
Foster an innovative environment that encourages new ideas and tactics to drive growth, brand awareness, and product success.
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. A Master's degree would be advantageous.
Proven experience in Marketing Management or a similar role, ideally within the context of brand and product development.
Proven knowledge and expertise in online marketing platforms, with a strong emphasis on internal channels such as Amazon Marketing Services, as well as external channels including but not limited to Google Marketing Services, Walmart, Shopify, social media, email campaigns, and other e-commerce platforms.
Experience in product creation on Amazon, from competitor/market analysis and sourcing to logistics management and product lifecycle management.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to lay groundwork for team expansion and manage a diverse team of digital marketing analysts, copywriters, and creative staff.
Proven ability to design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, as well as manage project queues on behalf of partner brands.
Experience in creating and developing a new brand identity and managing the creation of a company website.
Exceptional analytical abilities with a data-driven approach to problem solving and strategy development.
