Requirements: Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role, with a minimum of 3 years in a high-end or 5-star establishment. Culinary degree or equivalent certification in pastry arts preferred. Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, baking, and dessert presentation. Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
