Why do we need you? Identify and champion internal projects to address customers key priorities and improve service. Develop and execute a sales plan aligned with channel strategy to meet customer and retail objectives. Oversee account plan implementation, including negotiation of trading terms to optimize volume, product mix, and profitability. Manage account relationships to ensure productive engagements across customers and internal teams. Drive new product launches within the account to meet sales and Product Leadership goals. Facilitate the exchange of information between customers, sales teams, and departments to maintain supply-demand balance. Build and nurture key customer relationships to enhance customer intimacy and insight. Collaborate with marketing to implement measurable demand creation activities aligned with the account plan. Report on overall account performance, including gap analysis, improvement opportunities, and inter-business performance metrics to align departmental contributions and enhance service, sales, and customer satisfaction. Is this job for you? We are seeking a candidate that has a minimum matric and/or Bachelor of Commerce Degree and at least five years of experience in sales or key account management . The candidate must have strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with proven experience in developing account plans and driving business growth. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis is essential. The role also requires commercial awareness and the ability to travel nationally.
