Reporting to: Directors Purpose of Position: The position is fundamental for the team's development and support. Preparing and compiling technical training modules and manuals for training purposes. Responsible for delivering an engaging and stimulating curriculum in a range of related subjects effecting the business outputs. They must also be able to effectively manage training rooms, motivate employees, provide feedback, and monitor progress. Responsibilities defined but not limited to the below: Deliver mentoring and training to employees on all aspects of the business and or co-ordinate appropriate vendors, experts in the field to provide this training. Assess and evaluate employees progress. Obtain feedback on the effectiveness of the training. Forge relationships with educational institutions. Formalise and monitor annual training budget. SDL training submissions. Minimum Requirements: Qualification and Experience: Bachelor of Education (B. Ed) or a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)NQF Level 6, Diploma (including a college or NATED diploma); OR. an appropriate 360-credit NQF Level 7, bachelors degree. Ability to plan, prepare and deliver interactive and engaging lessons. Proven experience in preparing and compiling technical training modules and manuals for training purposes Preferable 4 - 5 years teaching / lecturing experience - technical background Excellent organisational and communication skills Drivers License. English and Afrikaans spoken fluently and written. Microsoft Office
