Requirements for the position:
•Office management experience
•Ability to manage the maintenance, IT, stationary, groceries, etc
•Managing the company’s social media channels, branding, marketing, internal events, and other related tasks
•Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries from staff and clients
•Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail
•Be organised and resourceful and have the ability to multitask efficiently
•Calm under pressure and have excellent problem-solving skills to ensure the smooth running of the organisation
•Reporting directly to the Directors
