Duties and Responsibilities Include: Client bookkeeping services Management Account function for certain clients by client set deadline Full client VAT responsibilities for submission and ensuring clients are always compliant Full client payroll function for submission before client and SARS deadline Full clients PAYE responsibilities for submission and ensuring clients are always compliant U-filing submissions COIDA submissions Required Skills: Ability to make good decision, able to prioritize workload and be proactive Able to work under pressure, plan, budget and meet targets Good time management skills Deadline orientated Prompt response to email/telephone enquiries Able to work independently and use own initiative Good problem solving skills Place high value on ethics, professionalism in client communications Accountable for any actions Good interpersonal skills and able to work in an open plan office within a diverse team InHouse Administration Include: Monthly invoicing Daily time keeping Requirements Include: Have 2 3 years of experience in bookkeeping services Experience in Xero and Sage Online Experience in Simple Pay and Sage Online Payroll Experience with Tax Administration on SARS eFiling profile Proficiency in Excel Excellent verbal and written skills with a positive, proactive attitude Ideally have Mathematics and or Accounting as matric school subjects.
