You will be responsible for: Dealing with clients and the crew Coordinating diaries and bookings Assessing briefs and deliverable matches Preparing jobs, costing sheets and quotes Managing deadlines for clients requirements Collecting and collating supplier invoices against jobs Preparing supplier and clients reports for the CVO Collecting stock requirements to present to the CVO General office administration duties Who are you? You have good interpersonal skills You use initiative - assertive to ask what needs to be done You are comfortable with computers - tech-savvy Strong organizational and time-management abilities. You pay great attention to detail Boxes to tick Matric Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Proficient in CRM systems_ZOHO and Xero would be advantageous
