Experience in defining and driving engineering strategy, vision, and culture at an organizational level. Hands-on experience with multiple backend programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or Go, and/or modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. Demonstrated expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining complex, large-scale software systems. Excellent communication skills with a strong command of English, both written and verbal. Skills: Exceptional leadership and executive management skills, with a proven ability to inspire and motivate engineering teams. Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices. Extensive experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Proven ability to foster effective collaboration across all engineering departments, including platform and data teams, as well as with cross-functional teams such as product management, design, marketing, and other business units. In-depth knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. Extensive experience with Agile, Scrum, or other iterative development methodologies. Active involvement in the tech community through speaking at conferences, contributing to open source projects, or publishing influential technical articles.
