We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our clients team. As a key member of their project delivery team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful completion of commercial, retail, and residential projects. You will need: · BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying. · 5-8 years experience in commercial, retail and residential type projects, including commercial and retail fitout projects. · Professionally registered with SACQSP. · Proficient and experienced in working on JBCC and Fidic contracts. · Proficiency in use of automated QS tools (WinQS, OST, Dimx). · Willing to travel to neighbouring countries on a regular basis.
